Tier 04 — The Rush Job · £1,999
24 hours · The Tier 02 spec, delivered tomorrow.
⚡ Important Rush tier conditions
- Available subject to capacity. We may decline if our schedule won't allow it. We will tell you within 1 hour of enquiry.
- The 24-hour clock starts when payment AND brief AND assets are all received.
- You must be available for one 30-minute kick-off call within 2 hours of starting.
- You must respond to questions within 30 minutes during working hours (8am–8pm UK).
- Zero revision rounds. The page goes live as built. Post-launch tweaks billed at £99/round.
- Rush tier is not eligible for the standard 30-day post-launch support — only critical bug fixes.

What's never included
To keep prices fixed and delivery fast, the following are out of scope at every tier and not available as CREATE Landing Pages add-ons. They're available through CREATE Agency on a separate quote.
- Full website builds (more than 5 pages on a single project)
- Brand identity design or logo creation
- Full e-commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, multi-product catalogues)
- Custom web applications, member portals, dashboards
- Mobile app design or development
- Video production, photography, or motion graphics
- Ad campaign management or media buying
- Long-term SEO retainers or link building
- Print design, packaging, or physical collateral
- Translation services (multi-language uses your existing copy)
- Legal, financial or regulatory advice

How we work
The same rules apply to every project, every tier. These rules are what let us deliver fixed prices and fast turnarounds.
- Payment is upfront, in full. 100% of the tier price is paid before work begins. No deposit/balance split.
- The clock starts when we have everything — payment, completed brief, copy/content, brand assets, image/video files, and your written sign-off of the project Brief.
- The brief is locked at kick-off. Once you sign off the written brief summary, it's locked. Changes after sign-off count as scope changes.
- Revisions are scoped. A "round" means one consolidated batch of feedback delivered in writing. Sending feedback in 5 emails over 3 days counts as 5 rounds. Bundle your feedback.
- Scope changes are quoted separately. If you decide mid-project you want extra features, we'll quote it as an add-on with timeline impact. We won't quietly absorb it.
- Timelines are working days. Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays. Rush tier is calendar hours.
- We work with what you provide. No photography or videography team — stock imagery if you don't supply your own.
- You own everything when we're done. Source files delivered on request. You can move the site anywhere.
Project timeline
- Booking & Payment (Day 0) — pick a tier, pay via Stripe, receive automatic confirmation with discovery brief link.
- Discovery brief (Day 0–1) — complete the brief: business overview, page goal, audience, offer, copy, competitors, brand assets.
- Kick-off call (Day 1) — 30 min, video or phone. We confirm the brief and align on the goal.
- Brief sign-off (Day 1–2) — you confirm the written brief summary. Clock officially starts.
- Build (Day 2 onwards) — we build. You don't need to do anything.
- Review & revisions (1–3 days before launch) — staging URL sent. You review against the brief, send consolidated feedback within 48 hours.
- Launch (Final day) — page goes live, you receive analytics access and a launch checklist.
- 30-day support (post-launch) — we fix any technical issues that originated from our build at no cost.
FAQs
Can I upgrade tiers mid-project?
Yes, until the build phase begins. You pay the difference and the timeline resets to the new tier's turnaround.
Can I get a refund?
Once the build phase has started, no. Before then, you can cancel and we'll refund the full amount minus a £75 admin fee for the discovery work.
What if I don't like the design?
That's what the revision rounds are for. We design against the brief you signed off, so the structure won't surprise you. Visual style adjustments happen in revisions. We don't do unlimited rebuilds — that's why prices are fixed.
What email tools do you integrate with?
Mailchimp, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, MailerLite, Brevo. One integration is included in Tiers 02–04. Other tools quoted as add-ons.
What happens after the first year of hosting?
You can renew with us at £20/month, move it to your own host (we'll help you migrate at no charge), or take the source files and host it yourself.
Do you write copy from scratch on the Rush tier?
No. 24 hours isn't enough time to research, draft, edit, design, build and test a page from a blank brief. Bring your headlines, your offer, and your key messages.
Can you help me write the privacy policy and terms?
We provide GDPR-compliant templates customised with your business details. They're starting points, not legal advice. Have them reviewed by a solicitor before going live with anything that handles serious data or money.
Acceptance
By proceeding with payment for any CREATE Landing Pages tier, you confirm that you have read this Scope of Work in full, you understand exactly what is and isn't included in your chosen tier, and you accept the working rules in "How we work".
This document is the single source of truth for your project. If anything in your tier or our process is unclear, ask before you book — not after.
